<em>Keynote Speaker: Seán McGurk – Acting Director of the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC), U.S. Department of Homeland Security

The NCCIC unifies vital IT and Communications operations centers, blending together the interdependent missions of the National Coordinating Center (NCC), the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT), Industrial Control Systems Computer Emergency Response Team (ICS-CERT ), the Office for Intelligence & Analysis (I&A), and the National Cybersecurity Center (NCSC). Seán joined DHS in January 2008 as Director of the DHS National Cyber Security Division’s Control System Security Program (CSSP). The CSSP has the lead responsibility for developing a coordinating strategy across government and private sector efforts to assure cyber security of control systems.

The Next Generation Utilities North America Summit 2010 once again served as an arena for senior level executives to engage in clear and focused dialogue with their peers and examine their management objectives in a relaxed and vibrant environment.
